Why we built it
Japanese interval walking is one of the simplest ways to get fitter: 3 minutes slow, 3 minutes brisk, 5 times. The hard part is keeping track of time while you walk. This timer does that for you with distinct chimes and, on Android, vibration patterns, so you can keep your eyes on the road.
What we care about
- Free: every timer feature is free. Ads may help cover the costs.
- Private: no accounts, and your settings stay on your device. See our privacy policy.
- Accurate: our research summary links every claim to the original paper.
- Accessible: works with keyboard and screen readers, with audio and vibration cues.
